My Story

Jenny S. Huang (JSH) is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School. JSH is a Life Coach and multi-media artist who explores the intersection of neuropsychology, art, and education.

Inspired by her own childhood experiences combined with an upbringing in Zen rituals, JSH has been exploring the reasons why people behave the way they do since childhood.

JSH went on to investigate how our minds affect our bodies and how our lifestyle choices affect our minds through her studies at USC, Columbia, and more. Her research led to her cofounding various biotech companies focused on anti-aging, cancer, and more.

Her combined experiences in healthcare and psychology fuel her desire to ground new developments in neuroscience, health, and psychology in actionable steps that each person can utilize in their respective lives.

Jenny now utilizes a multi-modal approach to life coaching to help people not just heal, but thrive, in their most meaningful life.
